Weekend Wisdom: Caring less about what other people think of you is the ultimate form of self care.

Hiking season is underway. Even though I do a little hiking year round, I hike almost every weekend in the summer. The cooler temperatures, mountain lakes, wild flowers and baby animals (moose, deer ...) make it irresistible. Last weekend it was 33 degrees when we started our hike. I was decked out in a winter hat, gloves and coat. It was so fun to see snow at the end of June!
