❤️ Weekend Favorites: quiet luxury + a surprisingly favorite holiday movie

Weekend Wisdom: It's not your job to make sure everyone understands you.

I really enjoyed this neighborhood hike (in a tank top because it was 70 degrees in the middle of November) and also … let’s go snow!

My favorite human interaction this week was when a boy from our neighborhood stopped by with a rake, named his price and asked if he could rake the leaves from our front lawn.

It was an easy, "Yes, please." After making four beautiful piles of leaves, the wind picked up and he wasn't able to bag the leaves on his own so we finished the job together. We worked and laughed as the leaves swirled around. It was some unexpected fun and kindness.
