Hello Reader, Happy New Year! I'm Courtney Carver, the founder of Be More with Less. I started sharing my journey to simplify my life for better health and a more easeful life more than 15 years ago. Discovering what made me feel better after my multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2006 and then writing about it over many years turned into my life's work. As you can imagine, I've offered many different things over the years to help you simplify, edit and thrive in life. I've since been doing some creating and editing of my own and thought it would be helpful to share exactly what I offer. These are the 3 ways to work with meI recommend choosing the one that works best for you instead of trying to do all three. You can always change your mind moving forward. If you aren't sure what works best for you, feel free to email me and I can help. ONE

Earlier this year, I launched Little Saturday, a newsletter on Substack.
It’s a quieter space, ad-free newsletter. It’s inspired by the idea that we don't have to wait for the weekend or vacation to enjoy our lives. It’s simplicity with disco balls, simple pleasures, gentle encouragement, and small joys.
I’m also sharing more personal stories here, about why I don’t drink alcohol anymore, more on my MS journey, and how I’ve become a more present mother and human in my life. If you want to see what Little Saturday is all about, you can join here for free.

If you’re happy here on Be More With Less, please stay right where you are. This community isn’t going anywhere, and nothing is changing. I’m so grateful you’re here.
This is the most supportive way to work with me. I started this membership program in 2020 because even though you can simplify your life alone, it's so much easier and more fun do it with help and support.
Monthly and annual subscribers receive:
If you're feeling like it's finally time to embrace the idea of letting go, slowing down, and living with less, learn more and join here.
When I hear about your progress, even the tiniest steps to simplify and enjoy your life more, I'm reminded of how much I love what I do. I'm cheering you on!
If you have questions about about these offerings, please respond to this email. Always let me know when I can be helpful.
xo,
Courtney

Hello Reader, The changes we expect of ourselves at the beginning of a new year can be exhausting. From simply overdoing it to weighing ourselves down with unrealistic expectations, it's no wonder that most people quit their resolutions before the end of the month. Instead of pushing through and hoping things will be different, try something that is actually different. Instead of punishing resolutions, try a tiny habit or two. They won't wear you out and they might add a little joy to your...
Weekend Wisdom: Simplifying isn't always easy but it does make everything else easier. File this under things I can enjoy without my phone. My daughter gave me this lovely watercolor book and I love it. My phone is spending more time on the charger while I spend more time living. I did a big app purge, my notifications are off and I started using my actual camera again. I get it. The phone can simplify things. It reduces "stuff" but at what cost? My alarm clock, camera and watercolor set add...
