❤️ Weekend Favorites: gentle January + a cozy Swedish ritual

Weekend Wisdom: If letting go of stuff feels hard, remember that holding on to it is harder. You have to hold on every day, but you only have to let go once.

I can't believe it's time for the last Weekend Favorites of the year. Here is a favorite meditation for you. I've seen variations of the Loving-Kindness meditation, but the simple one I found here is my favorite. I wish this for you, for all of us.

May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be loved.
May you live with ease.

AND NOW, ON TO THE FAVORITES

Click here to see all of the Weekend Favorites (including: a playlist for a low-key weekend, how to pack and a simple cure for fridge clutter).

Share the love! If you think this would brighten or lighten a friend's weekend, please forward this email or share the Weekend Favorites with this link.

Courtney
